Ammonium Bicarbonate Food Grade
Molecular Formula: NH4HCO3
Uses: It is mainly used as the foaming agent of such baked goods as bread, biscuits, cakes etc. Additionally, it’s also widely used in chemical and electronic equipment, etc.
Property: White powdered crystalline, with weak ammonia odour, with specific gravity 1.586, poor thermal stability, absorbs moisture when exposed to moisture air, decomposed to NH3, CO2 and H2O at 35℃, freely soluble in water but insoluble ethanol and acetone.
